Our services expand beyond the design of the home. We also provide the necessary construction documents while carefully coordinating the other consultants on the project. We are passionate about applying our extensive knowledge in construction practices during the design stage, with the intent of saving on construction costs. The goal being permit approved documents that will make the building process seamless.

Construction has been a family affair for Phil. With family members in practically every field of construction, he was able to obtain valuable hands-on experience from a very young age. We believe that this experience, in addition to his passion for residential design and strong mathematical background, has allowed him to stand out in a very competitive field.
